Job Summary

The Apple Solutions Consultant is an Apple employee who serves as the Apple business manager and influencer in a multi branded reseller retail or an Apple Authorised resellers store. The ASC is the key link between our valued customers and our products. Your role is to drive the Apple business in a retail partner store and create a superior Apple customer experience by helping customers find the Apple product that align with their life. Your passion, knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit will transfer to the retail partner’s sales staff to drive their success. Your main responsibility is to manage the business and operations at store level with the retailer’s staff, maintain flawless merchandising as well as build a community of loyal Apple customers. This will be possible through deployment of best in class training programs, analysing results, and through identifying and executing potential programs for the store.

Showing customers the products that meet their needs. Encouraging customers to experience our products. Ensuring that Apple’s merchandising standards are flawlessly met. Sharing knowledge on Apple products and excitement about the Apple brand with the retailer’s employees. Partnering with store managers to drive win-win business.
